The domain is in your name and the content is yours. If you ever want to move, you take everything with you. That is how we want to be chosen – because the service is good, not because leaving is hard.
FAQ
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. The monthly plan runs month to month with no lock-in. If you cancel you keep your domain and your content – we hand everything over in a format you can take with you.
Do I need to buy hosting somewhere else?
No. Hosting, SSL certificate and operations are included in the monthly plan. The only thing you pay on top is your domain at your registrar.
How do I get changes made to the site?
You email us. A new text, an image, a changed price – we add it and confirm when it is done, normally within two working days on Basic and one working day on Pro and Premium.
What happens if the site goes down?
We monitor every site around the clock and are alerted before you notice anything. Security updates are applied continuously and backups are taken automatically.
